Project Scheduler (H/F) – Brussels


We are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team of consultants in Brussels


The Section is responsible to develop and implement scheduling guidelines and competences to support the projects and tenders managed by the Nuclear Entity. These are related to the modification projects of existing nuclear power plants, from the pre-feasibility studies to final commissioning of the installations, and to the development projects of new nuclear reactors


  • Immediately involved in specific projects
  • Manage the overhaul time schedule of these projects according defined guidelines, in close relationship with the Project Managers
  • Participate in the identification, the definition and the management of the different project tasks and their interfaces (interfaces between the contractors, the contractors and the owner, the authorities and the owner etc), with a particular focus on the management of our engineering activities
  • Develop a general overview of the project, from the studies to the commissioning, through the bid inquiries process and the fabrication and the erection follow-up, and a sufficient detailed schedule allowing the appropriate follow up of the on going activities
  • Joined a dedicated “Project Support” team, reporting to your different Project Manager


  • Technical background, 3 years experience and eager to develop its scheduling competences
  • Logical, inquiring and critical mind, dynamic, rigorous, pragmatic
  • Knowledge of and relevant experience with Microsoft Project. Primavera is an asset
  • Knowledge in cost estimation is an asset
  • Ability to work autonomously, with regular reporting
  • Capacity to assume responsibilities and to take initiatives
  • General knowledge of nuclear installations is an asset
  • Nuclear habilitation is an asset
  • Team player, good listener and communicator
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, English is an asset
